Γ ΙΟΥ ΟΥΗ ΜΑΞΙΜΟС ΚΑΙ, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΛ ΙΤΩΝ ΤΩΝ Ν ΙΩΝΙΑ, the Emperor(?) in military dress standing right., resting on long sceptre, and Boule(?) standing left, holding small sceptre, clasping hands.
